In South Portland we are very fortunate to have open spaces accessible to the public. The following spaces are public spaces and dogs off-leash are permitted provided the owner follows the city’s code of ordinances (except where noted).
Please refer to the South Portland Code of Ordinances- Animal and Fowl document from the City of South Portland Website for more information about rules and regulations you need to follow when walking your dog off leash.
